Stories from the Table
Every table tells a story.
Like Paul, who hadn’t set foot in a church in decades but found himself talking about Jesus with strangers at the bar. Or Alex, who showed up unsure if she even believed anymore but stayed because she found a place where her questions weren’t silenced. Or Joe and Lora, who wandered in for dinner and discovered “the most honest version of church” they’d ever seen.
These stories remind us of Acts 2:46: “They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.” The Spirit doesn’t wait for the service to start — He’s already moving in ordinary places.
Call to Action: Share your own faith story at a table this week. You never know how your words might encourage someone else.
