Discipline — The Pathway to Godliness

Faith Doesn’t Grow by Accident

Paul told Timothy:

"Train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come." — 1 Timothy 4:7–8

Godliness doesn’t happen by chance. It’s developed through discipline - prayer, Bible study, worship, fasting, and serving.

We can be busy with religious activities and still miss the heart of God. Discipline isn’t about earning His love; it’s about positioning ourselves to experience it more fully.

Call to Action: Select one spiritual discipline this week - prayer, fasting, Scripture reading, or serving - and commit to practicing it daily for the next 30 days.
