Following Jesus’ Example

Paul’s “determined purpose” was to know Christ more intimately (Philippians 3:10). If we want to be like Christ, we must do what He did.

Jesus often withdrew to lonely places to pray - not because He disliked people, but because He loved His Father. Silence and solitude were a priority for Him in the midst of ministry. They can be for us, too.

Call to Action: Schedule your next “lonely place” - whether it’s a quiet corner of your home, a park bench, or an early morning walk - and meet with God there.
