Living a Life of Unceasing Prayer

Prayer isn’t meant to be a one-time event - it’s meant to be the rhythm of our lives. 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 tells us to “pray without ceasing.”

That doesn’t mean you’re on your knees all day. It means developing a constant awareness of God’s presence. It’s whispering thanks in the car, asking for guidance in a meeting, or praising Him for a sunset.

Practical Step: Set three daily reminders on your phone - morning, midday, and evening. When they go off, take a moment to thank God for something and say a short prayer.
