Shared Leadership Builds Strong Churches

No one person has all the gifts a church needs. Healthy churches embrace shared leadership.

When leadership is shared, more voices are heard, more gifts are used, and more people feel ownership of the mission. “To each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good” (1 Corinthians 12:7).

The early church grew because leadership was distributed. Ours can too.

Call to Action: Identify someone in your church this week and empower them to lead in their area of gifting.
