The Key Verse for the Journey

Continual Transformation

Philippians 3:10 says:

"[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him — that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him… and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death."

Did you catch those two words? Continually transformed.

Christlikeness is a lifelong journey. There will be wrong turns, bumps, and detours, but the joy is in the journey. The peace and satisfaction we gain far surpass the inconveniences we face along the way.

To make intimacy with God our “determined purpose,” we must confront what’s blocking us. And one of the biggest obstacles? The clutter in our minds.

Call to Action: Write Philippians 3:10 on a card and keep it somewhere you’ll see it every day. Let it serve as a reminder that intimacy with God is a continuous, growing process.
