Celebrating Small Wins

In the work of church renewal, it’s easy to focus only on what’s left to fix. But small wins matter.

Every restored relationship, every baptism, every volunteer who steps into ministry — these are signs that God is moving. “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin” (Zechariah 4:10, NLT).

Celebrating these moments fuels hope and reminds the community that change is possible. Renewal is a marathon, and joy is the water station along the way.
