Healing Church Hurt
Church hurt is real. For some, it’s a small wound; for others, it’s a deep scar.
We can’t heal what we won’t acknowledge. When a church creates space for confession, lament, and restoration, it reflects the gospel in its purest form. “Therefore, confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed” (James 5:16).
The path to becoming a church worth staying for often begins with repentance — and the courage to say, “We were wrong, and we’re committed to making it right.”
Call to Action: If your church has caused hurt, start the healing process. Acknowledge the pain and seek reconciliation with humility.
